Public affairs firm Bicker, Castillo & Fairbanks (BCF) reports having promoted three employees. Melanie Slocum and Madison Nagle were elevated to senior account executives. Slocum has worked for the firm since 2014 and Nagle has been there since 2015. The firm also promoted Kyle Griffith to senior coalitions coordinator. Griffith has worked for BCF since 2014.
