Baby Mila

The office of Sen. Bob Hertzberg reports some “district office updates.” We begin with the return of Barri Worth Girvan from maternity leave and the announcement that she’s been promoted to deputy chief of staff from district director. Worth Girvan’s daughter, Mila Rose, weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces and was 18 inches at birth. She arrived May 3rd. “Fun facts” regarding her arrival: Dad, Greg Girvan, a partner at Feinberg, Mindel, Brandt and Klein, was born May 1, Mom’s birthday is May 2, and Mila arrived just hours after mom finished speaking at the Inspirational Women of the San Fernando Valley Awards. But back to the district office — Raj Dhillon has been promoted to deputy district director from district representative. Dhillon has worked for Hertzberg for three years. Sherry Greenberg joined the office as senior advisor, which is a new position. She most recently served as counsel to the chair of the Federal Election Commission. She was also executive director of the California Democratic Congressional Delegation from 1996 to 2000 and “she has extensive Democratic campaign experience, including as a DCCC advisor in Illinois in 2012.” Contact: Katie Hanzlik 916 651 4018.
