KP Public Affairs reports hiring lobbyists Michael Dillon and Christina DiCaro. Dillon has been owner of Michael F. Dillon and Associates for more than 40 years. The firm’s clients have included ski resorts, veterinarians and libraries. Dillon has also been the executive director and lobbyist for the California Assn. of Sanitation Agencies for the past 32 years. DiCaro, who is Dillon’s daughter, has worked at Dillon and Associates for 22 years, “shaping legislative policy on key issues such as the use of antibiotics in food animals, confidentiality protection for veterinary records and rules protecting the scope of practice of a healing arts professional.” Dillon and DiCaro start with KP on January 1. Contact: Alison MacLeod 916 225 6317.
