David Quintana has announced that he and six other lobbyists have joined together to launch The Resolute Company, a new advocacy and consulting firm based in Sacramento that will “provide clients with a wide array of services including legislative, regulatory and digital advocacy, political consulting, state procurement advising, and association management.” Joining Quintana are: William Barnaby, Cher Gonzalez, Sean Henschel, William Barnaby, Jr., Jarrell Cook and David Gonzalez, who together, with Quintana, have “over 150 years of combined experience in public policy and politics in California.” Barnaby, Quintana, Henschel and Barnaby, Jr. were all most recently with the firm Quintana, Watts & Hartmann. Cher and David Gonzalez were previously operating their firm, Gonzalez Government Consulting. And, Cook was most recently the policy director for the California Manufacturers & Technology Assn.
